Maintenance and care of properties:
  1. Cleaning service by the hour
  2. Vigilance of your property,  visiting once a week.
  3. Laundry service (bed linen, towels, etc...)
  4. Various services (airing of your property, care of plants, turning on and off of electricity, gas, water, etc........preparation of terraces).
  5. Maintenance and closing of swimming pools, using the necessary chemicals and material. (The maintenance is carried out in two visits a week in normal conditions).



Sale and delivery of wood:
  • First quality wood, olive, totally dry, direct to your house or collected from our installations. We offer this in three different ways:
    1. Sack
    2. 1m3
    3. 4´5m3

    Wood ideal for wood burning stoves, fireplaces and barbeques.


Transport of water:
Supply of drinking water, without chlorine, taken directly from the mountain. Suitable for the following:
  1. Swimming pools.
  2. Water tanks
    (We have a water pump for supply to different levels).
  3. We offer a tank with a system of expulsion of water by drips specifically for the watering of land before compacting.


Design, maintenance and care of gardens:
  1. Design:
    We design and plant new gardens at the customers request. We have a lot of experience in all kinds of plants (flowers, bushes, trees...) and complete knowledge of the area. We create the garden that you are looking for in tune with the area in which you wish to situate it and in perfect harmony with your property and its surroundings.
  2. Maintenance and care:
    1. On a short term basis and/or by the hour we attend any request made by our customers.
    2. On a long term basis, with a renewable yearly contract, in monthly payments. This service includes:
      1. Watering
      2. Cleaning of the land (of weeds).
      3. Cutting of leaves and/or dead flowers
      4. Pruning (in season).
      5. Fertilizer (twice a year, in spring and autumn).
      6. Installation and revision of automatic and manual irrigation systems.
