Construcciones Schmid s.c. is a family business run by brothers Jan and Florian Schmid, who have been residents of Cómpeta since 1990. Both worked for Spanish companies until February 2003 when they decided to start their own business.
We are dedicated to doing everything possible to realize your dreams concerning your home in Spain and hundreds of satisfied customers to date are the result of this. No job is to small or too big and will always be of the highest standard.

We do also very demanding and complex tasks within the agreed period and in the required quality. Due to our flexible structure we are able, to make changes in the course of construction even on a short term base.

We offer the best permanent solution for dampness of walls and floors, which is done with a revolutionary German insulation system by STO.
